Chocolate Chip Muffins

I tried Nigella's chocolate chip muffin recipe the other day. The lady is right. It's easy and super delicious. Here's how I did it.

250 gm Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
175 gm Sugar
2 tblsp Cocoa Powder
150 gm Chocolate Chips

250 ml Milk
90 ml Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg

Just briefly whisk the wet ingredients and add into the dry ingredients. Mix well and place into a well oiled muffin tray. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 - 200 degrees C.
This recipe makes about 15.

(Are you digging my photography skills?)

Now go Mmmmmm......

You've got to love Nigella Lawson... and her cooking, haha! :) And that sounds actually quite healthy for a Nigella Lawson recipe!
