Here's a simple birthday card that I made recently. By the way, if you are wondering why I keep using old olive card stock, it's because I don't have any other color in my stock right now because I am really loving the olive color right now :)

Versatile Blogger Award

Caffeinated Globe has just granted Autumn Twig with the "Versatile Blogger" award. I am more than humbled and especially happy because it's my first one. Part of the rules to accepting this award includes that I fess up 7 things about myself. So, (most reluctantly) here they are,

1. I don't like talking about myself
2. I love chocolate in my dessert and flowers in my garden

4. I'v seen an avalanche in real life
5. While I can cook to save my life, I generally don't know how to cook
6. I literally thought Tuiti Fruiti was a waste of valuable ice-cream making time because I never knew anyone who liked it... until I met Dude
7. I think blue whales are mysterious

Fathers' Day Craft

Here's what I made for both our fathers this week. I love paper art and how a simple element can make the most impact. What do you think?
